Secretary
Hello! My name is Coyaca Li and I am excited to be working with the Health and Medicine Club's Executive Team as Secretary for the 2022-23 year. I am in my first year of pursing a Bachelor of Science degree, working towards a Biology Major and a Kinesiology Minor. Outside of this club, I continue my passion for health and medicine on the UFV's Women's Basketball Team as the student trainer where I learn to assess injuries and provide treatment; such as taping an injured ankle, for example. My goals are to make connections with like-minded people and help make this next chapter for HMC a memorable one.

Hello, my name is Anastasia, and I am a fourth-year bio/psych student. I love cooking, mountaineering, and hiking/backcountry activities. As for school, I'm interested in health, medicine and environmental toxicology. Before returning to University, I was a paramedic for five years! Hey everyone! I am Sirjan. I’m currently a first year Bachelors of Science student- majoring in Biology. I am absolutely thrilled to serve as events co-ordinator for HMC, 22-23. I look forward to be involved and help plan fun and exciting events this year! In my spare time, I like to read, draw, paint and listen to music, which is basically therapy to me!

Hi! My name is Jashan and I am a recent graduate from the University of the Fraser Valley. I am currently involved in ongoing research with Dr. Andrea Hughes and Dr. Lesley Jessiman regarding personal memories for a global pandemic. I am also hoping to start some more research this coming winter semester. I am excited to join the UFV Health and Medicine Club this year as their treasurer. I hope to help organize some amazing events, learn some more about health and medicine related topics, and meet some awesome people on campus! Hope everyone has an amazing semester!

Hi everyone! My name is Pavandeep, or Pavan for short. I am in my fourth year at UFV and it’s my third year being part of UFV HMC. In my free time I enjoy watching the Canucks (painful I know) and playing basketball. I also really enjoy listening to music (still waiting on A$AP Rocky and Frank Ocean to drop their albums). I am so excited to lead UFV HMC once again this year and I know this will be our biggest year yet!
